General Tips
- Make sure that the area code you are calling is correct.
- When setting up your "e-mail return address" make sure that you type it in correctly and include the "@dreamcom.net".
- There have been many instances of problems if you re-install Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x over Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0.
When entering password and username, make sure that your Caps Lock button is OFF. (entries must be in lower-case lettering)
